- Start out how you want to continue. Kids don't like changes, so you better get them used to your lifestyle right from the start.

- You need to slow down. My kids know me for who I am, and while they may lose a few things in my hectic schedule, I think they gain a lot more.
- Favorite activity with my kids:
- Going for ice cream walks with my daughter (we walk the 1/2 mile to the ice cream store and then eat guilt free. I have great chats with her. I love playing outside with my son. He's the master of peek-a-boo.
