- Allow yourself to JUST BE in the present". Set your future worries and past regrets to the side and enjoy the here and now. No one is guaranteed the next minute in life.

- Moms who put their kids needs before their own, make the best mothers. (Nope, in order to be a good Mom, you have to take care of yourself first!)
- Favorite activity with my kids:
- We have shared our family favorite games and crafts on our website under "Kids Can Do". These are tried 'n true activities using common household materials. They are simple and practical.
