It identifies the 5 areas of life mom must gain control over to have more me-time and quality family time. Some areas mom must gain control over include diet and homework for the kids. By using the step-by-step strategies identified for diet I lost 10 pounds which I have been able to keep off and my son asks for healthy snacks (sometimes). I was able to boost my child up 2 grade levels even though the teacher said he couldn't learn.
