- No matter how busy I am, I try to really engage with my children and above all to listen to them and make them feel heard and understood.

- I pretty much have given up getting my children to eat certain foods that I know are healthy but they constantly reject.

- I love to go camping with my family. Hiking is also fun and now that my 4 year old is cruising on his two-wheeler, we're se for family bike rides as well.
