How do you recharge when you feel burned out at work?
Answered on 5th May 2009:
I check my schedule and decide which day at work I could afford to miss. Then I take a "mental health day" and relax and just be myself as much as possible. Then I take my kids to do something fun.

We must live in the same neighborhood. I also work, but work remotely from home. I live in Colorado Springs in the NW part of town and am surrounding by stay at home moms. I'm trying to meet other working moms with kids. All my teammates at work are men and I work remotely from home so I don't have a chance to meet other working moms. Sometimes I feel like the odd mom in this neighborhood. I'd love to get to know more working moms in the Springs. Paulette
