Anyone do a flex schedule from 6:30 to 3:30? (I'm sure someone will say yes!) Does it work for you? What are the best and worst things about it? I'm considering it.

Hi, I love flex schedule, when you have busy mornings at home you don't have to worry about being late at work. Some days I will be in at 7am or at 9am that is the latest.
