I am a perfectly imperfect full time work at home mom raising a family, building a business and creating an extraordinary life. I live in rural Kansas. I have a wonderful daughter (5) who was born at the exact moment 5 years later that I was walking down the aisle.

How I de-stress:
Hot bath and a glass of wine. Meditation Yoga ride my bike walk in wet grass sit on my porch swing and watch the hummingbirds
Best advice I've gotten:
spend your time involved in the 20% of activities that bring you 80% of your results, then call it a day.

  • I lost this site for the longest time. I couldn't remember the name of it ~ and replaced my hard drive and lost all my favorites ~ I was at cafemom tonight for a minute (I don't really hang out there very often) and someone had sent me a message about meeting me here and wanting to connect. WOO HOO. Found my way back.

    Pretty excited.
