I don't have much advice for you, just commiseration, though it was one f my best friends who cheated on her husband. Like you, I have zero respect for her anymore, and am thankful we don't live close by anymore because it would be hard for me to continue a close friendship with her. My husband is friends with her husband, and I keep joking that if they split up, I hope we "get" him in the divorce.

I really like 30 Day Shred, but if you are in any kind of shape at all, I'd skip the first level. I wanted to die doing the second level, but the first level was way too easy.
