About me:: I am a full-time, working mother with a set of spontaneous, fraternal twins. My husband (now a stay-at-home dad) and I purchased our 1 bedroom condo the day before we learned of our surprise pregnancy. We try to stay positive and count our blessings, as our family of 4 lives in the tiny condo in congested downtown Chicago (not how we would've planned it at all). We find ourselves the main characters in a twisted comedy--we laugh at everything, and hope that the economy and our living space will flourish in the near future. My husband and I sacrifice personal endeavors everyday to try and make it into our next life "phase." We are nourished by the health and laughter of our babies, and the love we recieve from our extended families.
My interests:: Singing, photographing my babies, savoring time with family and friends, listening to good tunes and sipping wine, reading (ha!)

Hi! I had a wonderful New Years. My son has chilled a little on the "hit me" thing. He still says it but its not an all day thing anymore, thank goodness. Hope you had a great holiday season!

Meredith! I JUST now saw your comment to me and your request for our nanny's contact info in Chicago. So sorry, I didn't realize there was a comment feature. Anyway, the nanny I mentioned moved to Chicago for a post-college job. I wish she would've just moved down to Fla with us :-) But she loves her job and is no longer working as a nanny - sorry I couldn't help and again, so sorry I didn't realize you sent me a message before now! I hope you've reached some resolution on your childcare. And, p.s., I'm sure you know this but your children are ADORABLE.
