The flexibility to work around my personal life - kids' school conferences, doctor appointments, etc. And being part of Big Media is just fun in and of itself - most of the time.
Worst thing about my job:
The hours. Including the commute, I'm away from my kiddos for about 10 hours every day.

Bestselling novelist and freelance blogger.
