Do you and your family have a set schedule during the week? Or does it work better for you to go with the flow more?

I am a schuelde person also! We have a set schuelde around my house, and every once in a while it gets thrown of track and my kids actually dont know how to act when that happens. They will never admit that they thrive on routine and schuelde, but i know the truth

I dont work from home, but I do have to admit that my boss is great. She never gives me grief when I have to leave because the kids are sick. She even gives me time off without hassle for any of their "functions" I hve to dmit that I am lucky too! Good luck to you!
