- I'm mom to a three-year-old boy and I have another boy on the way (due February 1). I work full time and am always looking for ways to better balance that with life. I'm married to an incredibly supportive spouse who is definitely one of the reasons I ever find balance.

- I'm a big fan of aromatherapy. Yoga helps a lot but I'm ashamed to say I haven't done that since getting pregnant this second time. Losing myself in a good book is also a winner.
