  • Thanks for the warm welcome, Diane! I don't ever recommend sudoku because it is horribly addicting! I managed to steer clear of freecell and other internet games, but was sucked in my the lure of the grid. :( But yes, it is supposed to be good for the brain, supposedly preventing Alzheimers.
