  • I find that drawing simple doodles and sketches relaxes me, I guess maybe coz it calls for my concentration that all my stresses just fades away, specially if I have my mp3 player stuck to my ears

  • Apple Vodka and Cranberry juice... a chilled glass and several ice cubes.

    Really Good Sex. (You all know this is true... if we can find the time and/or energy).

    A hot bubble bath complete with candles and a glass of wine.

    Snuggling with a cozy blanket and a trashy novel.

    Laughing.

  • Sit down with a good book, a warm blanket, and a steaming cup of something warm that is non caffeinated (tea, hot chocolate, etc.)

  • I like to run on the treadmill with the music really loud. It gives my mind a chance to settle and I can't hear anything that would interrupt me (phone, kids, husband, tv, etc).

  • umm, that would involve a corkscrew and a straw..lol..but before that, a hard walk..doesn't have to be long, but I stomp my feet and pump my arms and get relaxed..I've done that at work, with the kids..

    and then I have a glass of wine...

  • I usually go for a walk and get a cup of latte to calm me down. Latte helps me to relax and refocus :)
