have
a
travel
journal
which
helps
with
these
sortof
things
:-)
I've
had
it
since
I
was
18
years
old.
I
used
to
live
in
Boston,
and
have
visited
Newport.
I
stayed
in
the
Cliffside
Inn
and
enjoyed
it.
Their
phone
number,
I
don't
know
if
it's
changed
since
I've
been
there...it's
written
in
my
travel
journal
is
(401)
847-1811.
I
hope
you
enjoy
your
getaway,
where
ever
you
decide
to
stay.

I've
never
stayed
at
the
B&Bs
there
but
spent
lots
of
time
there
(we
have
a,
um,
cough
cough,
family
sailboat
that
we
stay
on
that's
docked
down
there
instead.
let
me
stress
that
we
don't
own
the
boat
ourselves!).
You'll
have
to
tell
us
what
you
come
up
with.
That
area
is
so
beautiful.

did
stay
in
a
B&B
in
that
area
once,
but

sorry
--
I
can't
remember
the
exact
place
now.
What
I
DO
recall
is
that
we
had
dinner
at
a
cute
little
old,
ancient
seafood
place
by
the
water
in
Newport
and
a
guy
seated
near
us
set
his
menu
on
fire,
holding
it
too
close
to
the
candle
flame.
Heh
heh.
It
was
pretty
funny
to
see
everyone
go
"aaaahhhhh"
and
try
and
assist
him.
