I spend an hour every day exercising and that is my ME time.

All in all, between 1 and 2 hours. I get up very early to have an hour to an hour and a half first thing -- though I will sometimes spend some of that time preparing work, so it's not all me-time. I also usually read for at least 30 minutes, somewhere in most days. I have not worked out since before Christmas. I need to get back into that. And I will -- as soon as I'm over the flu!
Does taking a shower count? (Just kidding) I probably spend approximately 30 minutes each day doing something just for myself. This is usually in the form of meditation or reading. It helps me stay more grounded and maintain more positive energy. The neat thing about this is, - the rest of my family benefits from it too!
I give myself 30 minutes to sit on the couch in the morning, eat my cereal, and watch the news. Besides that, the only time I am ever alone is during my ten minute drive to and from work. Since I am a teacher, I am never alone at work, either.
Oh dear. Once a week, I take a bath on a weekend morning. Usually it is interrupted by crying outside the door.
I try to exercise and/or go for a walk every day, so I'd say about 1.5 hours, all in, is what I spend on myself. (I do think my staying in good shape and health is good for all of my family, but this is something I do focus on doing for myself.)
