I know juggling work and being a mother can sometimes be overwhelming how do you deal with it when you have a special needs child ?

I think you need tremendous support around you and your caregiver needs to be exceptional. Who ever is caring for your child needs to be fully educated on the kind of "special need" it is. Someone with a solid track record.

Managing care for a healthy child is hard enough, let alone a child with special needs. It is very hard.
