  • When I'm having a bad day I seek out humor. I look for funny shows, movies or videos online. I also look to spend time with funny people. Sometimes I'll go for exercise, fresh air or extra sleep to help ease the stress. I am not a stress eater though...or a stress shopper. I'm more likely to eat because I am bored than because I am stressed.

  • All of the above, the explanation for why I need to lose 20 lbs. and I'm always broke. I am a terrible stress eater, and as an ER nurse with a Legal Nurse Consulting business that I run from home, the stress is abundant. I guess the shopping thing would be healthier, but not for my marriage... :)
