How would you define career success for yourself?

Meeting my long term goals and being a strong female role model for my two sons. I want to run a large company and make a difference doing it.
Continuing to love what I do. I think this is very important. Regrettably the American way is to work to pay bills, to get out of debt, to spend more money and continue working...I think a lot of people dont have a career persay, but a job. So, I think a successful career is doing something you enjoy with integrity and knowing your doing the best job at it that you can.
Feeling like I have contributed to the progression of scientific knowledge, meeting personal short- and long-term goals.
If I am able to provide for my family's needs and haven't compromised my personal integrity to do so.
