Great question...lol Well I'm not married but in a long term relationship but I would think we kinda both do.. I have the last word most of the time...lol but as far as making important decisions we come to an agreement and if we can't then its just my way.. lol but when it comes to the kids we know right off the bat that I have to agree or it a no deal b/c I am with them most of the time. He is pretty laid back and tries to give me everything I want anyway so he don't mind doing things my way but I try ;>)~ not to take advantage of that for the most part....
I wear the pants here. Since Ned is working so much lately If I dont the house turns in to a zoo
My hubby wears the pants around here... I am very traditional... he is too, so it works out well for us. That said, decisions aren't made unless they are joint and he is very respectful to my feelings and opinions. He asks my permission to go out with his guy friends, I am always shocked... and respond with, "You don't need to ask my permission to go! I'm glad that you let me know, but don't ask me!" Lol.

Besides... high heels and aprons are so much more fun. :)
mmm we both do. I may have more of the take charge attitude than he to get things moving but we share. But if her had to wear my pants he's tooooo tall and I am toooo short........his shirts make great PJ's.
Neither of us, and both. We each make our own decisions about things that affect only the one of us; we inform each other of these things, but aren't asking for approval or permission. For household things, we set goals together and then who gets them done depends on what it is.
Kate,
Hey, what can I say? LOL He has drawn a line at trying on my dresses and suits that I wear to work. I figure the polo shirts, tho, are fair game. :-D

JDaffron - you are so funny! i am glad that we both wear pants - just not the same ones... :p
I am married for 5 years. I think that I wear the pants but I let my husband think that he does.
We both do. That...and polo shirts, too. I do, however, draw the line at underware.
I wear the pants. My husband is the kind of person to always defer to someone else. It's lovely most of the times, but sometimes when I really want him to make the decision, it requires prodding. But I guess the fact that even in those cases when I decide that he should make the decision, that simple fact still means that I'm in charge, doesn't it.
