How many vacation days do you get per year?

I get 24 days of vacation/sick leave, 13 paid holidays, plus I work a flex schedule that allows me to have every other Monday off.

I get 25 days of vacation every year for being in the company for 5 years. Major holidays are normally paid days!

I work for a small automotive repair shop so there isn't any benefits like paid vacation or paid sick leave. But my boss is awesome when it comes to getting days off for stuff. He understands my husband is the primary bread winner plus he works nights. So when I have sick kids or appointments or a vacation, I can pretty much get whatever I need off. In turn, unless I have an emergency, I try to schedule things around really important days at work that I can't miss.

I get 2 weeks vacation. I get paid sick days and holidays. I work a 9/80 schedule so every other Friday off. I've only been here almost 3 years. When my 5 years roll around, I'll get 3 weeks vacation. We get about 10-11 holidays off paid per year. If the holiday falls on our Friday off, we take the Thursday before or Monday after off.
