  • Hmm, I just love the holiday season, but wow the money is getting out of hand. This year I am planning ahead a little bit and figuring I need to start putting a little aside ready for December. We don't have a Christmas savings account and have focused instead on just cutting our holiday spending dramatically!

  • I am a saver.
    I always save prior to the holidays.
    The one year I didnt and depended on a bonus from work, we didnt get one!
    So I always save prior. You just never know what will happen.
    I am in Thanksgiving budget mode now, we have a ton of people over and it is out of hand.
    So after that Xmas is a one two punch to our wallets.
    But its all so FUN!!!!

  • I`m trying to save some money, but the truth is, we aren`t very good at it, so I have a trick. I`ve made a list of what I need for the holidays, food, gifts, decorations, etc. and I`ve started buying already. I bought some stocking stuffers and a bunch of cookie ingredients today, for example.
