Has this ever happened to you???? You are in a public place, turn around to talk to one child about their behavior and then the OTHER child has walked away! We were in a play gym the other day and this happened with me standing right there! My 4yr old was sad about a kid at the gym, so I was speaking to him, and my 3 year old left the area!!! It was 3 -4 minutes of pure hell until we found him on the potty on the other end of the facility! I was in a panic, they locked down the place and everyone was helping search within minutes. Until we heard a tiny voice come from far away.... I'M ON THE POTTY MOMMY!! uuuggg Has anything like this happened to you yet?”

When I was at the park the other day there was a mom there with her 16 month old and the little boy had on those "squeakly sneakers". I had never heard of them or witnessed them in action. At first I didn't know where the noise was coming from and being that it was just me, my kids and her I figured it had to be coming from her son. Everytime he took a step, he squeaked. Personally, the squeak can be irritating and I said to myself " I guess they are good for the malls, zoo and places like that" ...still the shoes would drive me nuts but can understand why people would want them.
