  • Thanks Earthmama and Lylah , much appreciate it. Thanks for the new GF Blog- never saw that one before. Lylah....I like to cook as simply and basically as possible. I try to cook in the crock-pot
    2-3 x's a week. I have a bread maker-but still have only used it once-to make GF stuffing last year for the
    holidays. It turned out really good. One of my favorites is-The crockpot Ladys -GF stuffed peppers-easy
    good and everyone (16 and 25 yrs.) eats the peppers too. ( Thats not counting the hubby that just eats
    a small amount of the pepper) I've gotten past the I don't know what to eat or buy stage- just looking for different recipes that are easy too.

    a member of workit mom (yes,mommy has to work today) has a blog with GF recipes on it as well. The recipes she comes up with are amazing!
