  • MY WEEKENDS ARE RELAX TIME, THE WEEKEND SHOULD BE A TIME FOR RELAXATION I FEEL
SOO, THAT WE CAN PREPARE FOR THE LONG LONG WEEK AHEAD!!!

  • weekends are usually more hectic with the running around - but it's different because it's whatever running around i want to do! and it's fun to have my son with me and see him in all those different environments. i am usually exhausted by sunday night but in a good-sleep-restfully way. I try not to work, but sometimes that doenst happen. Most of my relaxing is in the evenings regardless of the day. (and yes, as long as i am sitting on my butt in front of the TV it's considered 'relaxing' even if i am on my laptop and working!)

  • Weekday / Weekend, it's all the same to me!

  • I run around more on weekends than I do during the week. It's a rarity that my weekends give any relaxation time, which is okay because I prefer to relax on weeknights

  • My weekends are full, but they have a markedly different tenor than the rest of the week. I have two inviolable priorities for a weekend: alone-time for me and time with my husband. These are scheduled in. All the other stuff gets fitted in around those two priorities. Sometimes I have house projects that need to be done; often there's work and time with friends and an activity with my youngest. (The oldest no longer lives at home, the middle one is busy with his own priorities, but the youngest still likes being with mum!) As long as I have a balance - which isn't the same from one weekend to the next - between relaxation, relationships, and productivity, I come out of the weekend feeling refreshed for the next week.

  • You know, that is a good idea. It's Sunday night and I am out of breath - between activities with my 3 yr old, seeing friends, family, and also squeezing in some work, the weekends around here are hectic. I like the idea of trying to focus all the activity in one day.

  • I really try to plan weekends so there is a good balance of both. Saturdays are for running errands, dance lessons, karate tournaments and grocery shopping... But I try to keep Sundays wide open for wearing yoga pants, drinking coffee, seeing and movie and just hanging out.
