of
what
area
you
are
wondering
about
gender
success.
In
the
workplace?
At
home?
Academically?
I
guess
my
short
answer
is
this:
I
am
not
a
competitive
person.
I
don't
look
to
be
more
successful
than
other
people
(regardless
of
gender)
because
my
definition
of
success
is
likely
different
than
other
people's.
Do
I
feel
successful?
Absolutely.
Do
I
compare
how
I
feel
about
my
accomplishments
to
the
accomplishments
of
others.

pretty
isolated
in
my
work-from-home-ness
and
my
profession
isn't
always
reality
based
so

connected
