I recently went back to work and it was the hardest day of my life! People constantly asking how the baby is... drove me nuts! I called his daycare 3 times and prepared them that I was going to be really annoying the first day or two or week. They were great about it!
A friend of mine, printed out all of the pictures that I sent to her and posted them all over my office. It was nice to look at him every 5 min! It definitely gets easier!
