I have a really tasty idea. Blend low-fat cream cheese with cottage cheese, and add finely-chopped or shredded vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, peppers, etc. If your children like spices, add fresh or powdered garlic, parsley...basically any fresh or dried herbs you think they may like. Spread thinly on whole grain bread (like a tea sandwich).
