Usually I sleep about 4 hours, 7 if I am lucky. I am up from 4am to about 11:30 pm every day. That consists of dropping hubby and children off for work and school every day, full time work and full time school for me and also time to study. Weekends I get plenty of sleep.
I sleep around 6 hours from bedtime to alarm, but my secret is that I allow myself a nap on the couch from 8:30ish or 9ish until 10. I say this like it's deliberate... but really, my eyes just won't stay open sometimes, and I've finally just stopped feeling guilty about it. It's for MY HEALTH! ;)
