What's your favorite way to de-compress if you have a bit of time just to yourself?”

  • Listening to some nice Strauss/Mozart or doing some quick yoga. Both work wonders!!

  • Up until recently, the computer. But, I've re-discovered exercise and it feels so incredibly good. I ran for the first time since my pregnancy and delivery and it was g-r-e-a-t. (Unfortunately, no self-motivation: I have a fitness test coming up and don't want to fail it for the first time! ha ha) Hey all: I have to pat myself on the back: I'm now back to my pre-pregnancy weight, after losing all of those 45 extra pounds. Yeah.

  • Once in a while I will play hookie from work-
    If it is during the day, I love to sit in bed with daytime TV on, read magazines and talk to friends on the phone. In summertime I would sit by the pool, not in bed and do the same.
    If it is in the evening, I like to take a hot shower, make a get take out dinner for myself and watch a chick flick and flip through catalogs snuggled on the couch with a big blanket.

  • A nice glass of wine or a nice mani/pedi with the extra 10 minute massage.
    Not to try and earn points for that valentine dinner prize but:) I also enjoy WIM because it's a little me time on the computer.
