  • No. I had actually forgotten some of my interests, it had been so long since I engaged in them! But things are turning around slowly.

  • I decided 6 months ago that in order to be happy I needed me time. 2 times out of the week I squeeze in a class of pilates and It really helps with stress levels!

  • My internet time is pretty much my only social time. Without kids and work colleagues, that is.

    I'm cutting internet time a lot. Let's see if it makes me more or less crazy!

  • My personal time is on Saturday mornings when I take an hour to go walk around the city and then take a Zumba class. I look forward to it all week.
