What is your favorite way to de-stress?”

  • My way to de-stress is to,listen to my favorite show on the radio.
    In that way I find myself relaxing and swaying to the beat and later on fell asleep.

  • My daughter and I watch MTV and make fun of everything-- while surfing on our laptops and shadring funnythings we find. We laugh hysterically.

  • This isn't very creative, but I like to go walking... and fast. When we lived in NYC, getting outside and losing myself in the noise and chaos of what was going on was a great de-stresser from my personal stuff. Now we're in the suburbs so walking is something that is more peaceful. That or a great spinning class!

  • My favorite way to de-stress is to drive fast. It's the only thing that works for me, especially since I am pregnant and can't drink. Exercising only makes me tired, but getting in my car, cranking up the radio and driving fast are really exciting to me, and always put me in a good mood. Part of the thrill is probably the fear of getting caught, but I have a totally clean driving record, and I would never do anything to endanger anyone.
