Ok, I've been on my birth control since my daughter was born. For the last month or two I've been getting pretty nauseous after taking it. I don't know if it's possible to develop side effects after taking it for 10 months, but I'm pretty sure that's the reason I feel so sick in the evenings. Maybe I should call my doctor and get it switched.”

  • Ruh roh. Have you done a pregnancy test to rule that out?

  • Oh goodness, I hope it doesn't take long to stop feeling this way. I guess after I talk to them I will find out what I should do.

  • Not a bad idea to give your dr a ring and tell him/her what has been happening with you. I've had similar issues (not nausea but other problems) after taking new birth control pills. Switching might help. I actually had to get off the pill completely for about a year to get rid of side effects .
