  • Peanut Butter. It has been my standby since I was in elementary school. It's easy, fast, and tastes good. You can even make it the night before, so it helps to save time in the morning.

  • Hot Pockets and Lean Pockets. They take about 2 minutes to prepare, I don't need any plastic utensils or dishes. I love the new Whole Grain Lean Pockets options. That's what I typically get.

  • You're going to laugh: I keep a bag of frozen peas in the company freezer and a box of Wheat Thins in my desk. Sometimes peas and crackers is lunch! Hmm. Needs a protein.
