The company I work for just got new business and the workload has got to the point where i'm working past 8 pm almost everyday. In the current scenario, how do you ask for more staff? one way is to pull out stats to SHOW that workload has increased. But I'm at a point where I'm hard pressed to find 5 mins to go to the bathroom! Compiling stats would be just about impossible. Has anyone else had to deal with this recently?”
