Go out with your child or your hubby. I seen in an earlier question you had gone back to work, and haven't been able to spend as much time with your baby, maybe you should find a mommy and me playdate somewhere near you. Personally I have been needing a massage and so has my hubby, so I would probably use it on that. But now that my son is older I love spoiling him, so I would most likely take him somewhere. Its part of the guilt of working all the time.
