I'm with Mandy...I'm unsure of what area you are wondering about gender success. In the workplace? At home? Academically? I guess my short answer is this: I am not a competitive person. I don't look to be more successful than other people (regardless of gender) because my definition of success is likely different than other people's. Do I feel successful? Absolutely. Do I compare how I feel about my accomplishments to the accomplishments of others. Nope.
Lena, I'm not sure in what way(s) you mean with this question and your answer. It's very broad and uncertain. On top in terms of business? Finance? Blogs? I'm curious as to what you think we've achieved and if you have any examples. You'll have to forgive me; I'm pretty isolated in my work-from-home-ness and my profession isn't always reality based so I don't feel connected to any male/female competitive situations.
