50%/50%. When I get to do what I love and am trained for it is great.
When I am basically acting as my boss' secretary, not so much. It isn't even that I mind doing administrative tasks, I worked as a personal assistant through college, but when he's in that mode it is all I'm allowed to do, and I went to school to do so much more!
I love my job and what I do, but just recently I have not enjoyed it. And it is mostly the people I work with that are part of the problem. My own perspective has changed as well, as I am opening a used bookstore at the end of this month. I am not going to quit my job, just cut back on hours there. I waitress in a great restaurant (normally) and love the role I play in taking care of people. I see it as getting paid to socialize and feed people, both of which I excel at.;)

I enjoy working, but I don't enjoy every minute of the work day! Nor even every day. It is far better than any alternative I am aware of, though. Also, the harder I work, the happier I am. But if I have too much to do, I lose the ability to prioritize and get it done, and then I am not so happy. So it depends, but it is pretty much my own personality / choices that keep me from enjoying my job more.
I just deal with it but I am in the process of building my business around my passion which is helping other women start their own business, find their passion and help moms who are returning to work after a hiatus. I have to admit that I have the Golden Handcuffs but being a mom of 3 that I hardly see because of commuting and work commitments has made me rethink my priorities.
