Breakfast: Easy Summer Fruit Parfait

Like I said before, I’m a zombie in the morning and I know most people are, so the easier the breakfast recipe the better. This delicious parfait keeps me satisfied and makes me feel like I’m having a treat, even though it’s super healthy.

 

  • 1 C. flavored Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)
  • ½ C. granola (or favorite cereal)
  • ½ C. strawberries, chopped
  • ½ C. blueberries
  • Optional: sprinkle of sweetened shredded coconut or a glob of peanut butter

 

Layer the yogurt, berries, and then the granola in a mason jar or cup. Repeat that pattern until it’s filled then put your optional topping on, or just finish with a sprinkle of granola. Enjoy.
