Gluten-Free Almond Milk Pancakes

We all love a good stack of pancakes! This gluten-free recipe will fulfill your child’s sweet cravings without worrying about allergy reactions.


- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 teaspoons sugar

- 3 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 1/3 cups almond milk

- 4 eggs

- 4 tablespoons cooking oil


Whisk flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Mix milk, eggs and oil in separate bowl. Combine ingredients and mix well. Heat frying pan over medium heat. Pour batter on pan. Cook and flip until ready.
