Your first line of defense against the harmful rays of the sun (besides staying completely out of it's way from 10-2 every day) is to slather on some sunblock.
Remember to reapply sunblock every two hours when staying outdoors for a prolonged period of time. Sunblock should also be applied at least 30 minutes before going outdoors and an SPF of 30 or higher is recommended.
