Healthy Snacks: Fun with Fruit
Serve Melon Sticks and Yogurt Dip
Slice melons into long sticks instead of standard chunks and serve them with a yogurt-based dipping sauce. We like using Dulcinea PureHeart mini seedless watermelons; they have very thin rinds (and, so, more fruit), are perfectly sized to fill a couple of lunch boxes, and the flavor is consistently wonderful -- we haven't tasted a bland one yet.
